He represents two million U.S. citizens residing in Mexico, along with companies and NGOs, together with the U.S. Ambassador. Under his leadership, the American Society of Mexico has consolidated its role as the principal strategic bridge between the two nations, driving binational development through dialogue, social investment, and business collaboration.
With a distinguished career in international relations and the private sector, Larry Rubin has led initiatives that have benefited communities across Mexico, generating more than 500 programs with an impact on over 10 million people.

Enrique Huesca is the CEO of the American Society of Mexico (AmSoc), an 85-year-old binational nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening the relationship between Mexico and the United States across the business, government, and civil society sectors. He is also the Founder and current Advisor of Sendola Corp, a global payments platform operating across four continents that raised more than $15 million in capital funding during his tenure, processing transactions for, or through, institutions such as JPMorgan Chase and the Bank of New York.
Prior to relocating to the United States, Enrique served as a public official in the Federal Government of Mexico during the administrations of Presidents Felipe Calderón and Enrique Peña Nieto. His final position in the Federal Public Administration, held through November 30, 2018, was Executive Secretary of the Federal Authority for the Development of Special Economic Zones within Mexico's Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.
He holds a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University's Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, as well as a Master's degree in Criminology and Statistics from the University of Cambridge. His work lies at the intersection of international trade, energy, financial technology, and diplomacy, building institutions and strengthening one of the world's most important bilateral relationships.
